What Will You Learn - Rotational Analyst Program
Given the complexity of Powerex’s business, we created the Rotational Analyst Program to ensure new graduates are introduced to a variety of teams across the company. This facilitates the maximum opportunity to learn from the ground up how our business operates and how each team forms part of the whole, each playing a key role in ensuring our ongoing success. As a Rotational Analyst you will join a Program that focuses beyond just the technical components, including professional development, coaching, mentoring and meaningful performance management. You will be encouraged to ask questions, be engaged, and pursue both formal and informal learning opportunities.
During the 24 months you will spend time in several of our teams:
